Perspective Tenant Criteria

1. YOU ALONE AS THE LEASE SIGNER MUST MAKE A MONTHLY NET INCOME OF THREE (3) TIMES THE RENT OF THE PLACE YOU ARE APPLYING FOR.

2. ANY OTHER ADDITIONAL PEOPLE SIGNING THE LEASE AND NOT MARRIED TO YOU MUST ALSO MAKE A NET INCOME OF 3 TIMES THE RENT OF THE PLACE YOU ARE APPLYING FOR. 

3. YOU OR ANY OCCUPANTS GOING TO LIVE WITH YOU MUST HAVE NOT BEEN EVICTED OR FORECLOSED FROM A PROPERTY IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS

4. YOU OR ANY OCCUPANTS GOING TO LIVE WITH YOU MUST NOT HAVE ANY CRIMINAL HISTORY WITH VIOLENCE IN THE PAST 10 YEARS

5. YOU OR ANY OCCUPANTS GOING TO LIVE WITH YOU MUST NOT HAVE ANY DRUG USE, SALES OR POSSESSION WITH IN THE PAST 10 YEARS. THIS ALSO INCLUDES POSSESSION OF DRUG TOOLS OR PARAPHERNALIA

6. YOU OR ANY OCCUPANTS GOING TO LIVE WITH YOU MUST NOT BE IN BANKRUPTCY AT THIS TIME OR IN THE PAST 24 MONTHS.

7. YOU OR ANY OCCUPANTS GOING TO LIVE WITH YOU MUST NOT BE ON ANY NUISANCE ABATEMENT LIST FROM ANY CITY YOU HAVE LIVED IN.

8. NO PETS ARE ALLOWED. (Acception only through manager.)

9. YOU CAN HAVE A CO-SIGNER IF YOU DO NOT MEET THE INCOME QUALIFICATION MUST BE 6 TIMES WHAT THE MONTHLY RENT IS.

10. THE PROVIDED CREDIT BUREAU MUST NOT HAVE ANY NEGATIVE REVIEWS BY CREDITORS
